A Stronger You - Strength Training Program
Designed for Intermediate-Advanced Level Athletes, this is an eight (8) week Strength Training Program created to get you strong. You'll need access to a workout bench, barbells, and dumbbells. This workout isn't "pretty ." It’s a strength training program centered around "Big Lifts" with some additional accessory and body-weight exercises to test your muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
