Known for her practical, engaging style and supportive teaching, and drawing on her experience as a Transformation Specialist and her passion for making learning accessible and engaging, Charlie brings a fresh perspective to every F3 Wellness Workshop. Charlie believes real and sustainable growth happens when people feel both challenged and encouraged.
Janel Donohue
Janel S. Donohue is a leadership consultant and Founder of J. Donohue Leadership & Consulting, a speaker, podcaster, and Certified Working Genius Facilitator who helps individuals and teams discover their strengths, navigate challenges, and lead with confidence. Known for her engaging storytelling, practical insights, and authentic approach, Janel creates learning experiences that leave participants feeling encouraged, empowered, and equipped with tools they can apply immediately at work and in life.
